Applicants need to be current students on hospitality and tourism type courses. University agreement and proof of studies required. Payment 400 – 600 Euros per month. For Front Office and Food and Beverage positions conversational French is needed, and Culinary basic French. Students need to be aged 18 – 27, and be open minded, willing to learn new things and meet new people. Shared housing however major cities don’t provide housing. Flexibility needed on location. Duration 4-6 months. Placements/internships have been found with the following 5 Star companies: Le Bistrot Des Halles, Le Barn, Trouville Cores Marines Hotel, Marriott Vacation Club Village D’Ile De France, Relais of Chambard, and Les Glycines Hotel Restaurants Spa.
