Our collaborator is a fully funded international career accelerator designed for ambitious young people aged 18–30 who want to build a real career in marketing, sales, and business development. The program combines hands-on experience in vetted Ljubljana-based companies with intensive expert-led training, mentorship, and community integration. Participants work on real business challenges from day one while developing practical skills and building an international professional track record.

Tasks

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for real business challenges assigned by the host company.
• Build and test marketing and sales campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions.
• Work directly with company decision-makers on live projects.
• Participate in weekly community sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
• Contribute to the local international community and support the integration of other participants.

Requirements

• Aged between 18 and 30.
• Eligible to work in the EU. EU citizens are eligible, and applicants from the UK, USA, and Canada may receive visa support.
• Fully available on-site in Ljubljana for the entire program duration. Remote or hybrid participation is not possible.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable working in uncertain environments.
• No prior experience in marketing or sales required. Mindset, grit, and problem-solving ability are prioritized over technical background.
• Video application required: applicants must submit a short 2–3 minute video introducing themselves, explaining why they are applying, and describing a real problem they solved, either professional or personal.

Conditions

• Fully funded program with no cost to the participant.
• 4-week expert-led training in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, valued at €2,000, fully covered.
• Monthly financial support of approximately €1,050 net to cover living expenses.
• Full logistical support before and after arrival, including housing search, legal registration, and administrative setup.
• Immediate integration into an international professional community with access to mentorship, workshops, and invite-only networking events.

Availability and hours:

• Full-time availability required on-site in Ljubljana for the full 6-month program.
• The first 4 weeks include an intensive skill sprint in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development alongside real company project work.
